Linda Kay (Cunningham) Yearns, 62, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly at her home Thursday, May 16, 2024.

Born July 8, 1961 in Kirksville, Missouri, Linda was the daughter of the late Otha Odell and Betty Geraldine (Sullivan) Cunningham. Linda married Dewayne Yearns who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Cunningham and Terry Lee in infancy.

Linda is survived by three brothers, Jimmy Cunningham of TX, Rex Cunningham of Blue Springs, MO, and Larry Cunningham of Macon, MO; and two sisters, Joyce Cunningham of Kirksville, MO, and Louise Warren of New Cambria, MO.

Linda received her education at LaPlata R-II School. She worked a number of years as a cook at Uptown Cafe, later for Sodexo at Truman State University, and last at Kraft Foods.

Linda has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Gospel Outreach Mission in Kirksville, with Pastor Norman Keller officiating.
