Brian Duane Beaty, 53, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at his home under Hospice care and surrounded by his family.

Born June 15, 1970 in Topeka, Kansas, Brian was the son of the late Melvin and Wanda (Zirkle) Beaty. He was also preceded in death by his grandson, Parker Douglas Sizemore, and one niece, Shantell Rose.

Brian is survived by his wife Tonya Beaty of thirty years; one son Zachary Beaty (Morgan Grissom) of Kirksville, MO; one daughter, Cheyenne Beaty (Justin Mihalevich) of Edina, MO; his fathers-in-law and mothers-in-law, Marilyn and John Fisher of Kirksville, MO, and Mike and Brenda True of Lebanon, MO; one brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Tina Beaty of Topeka, KS; two grandchildren, Remington Mihalevich and Asylinn Mihalevich; brother-in-law, Steve True of IN; two nephews, Austin Beaty and Jeffe Trejo of Topeka, KS; niece, Madison Beaty of Topeka, KS; as well as his very close friends Donald Avrit, and Jim Di-Paola both of TX, and Kenny Ornlelas of KS.

Brian graduated from high school in Chanute, Kansas. He resided in Texas a number of years and worked in the restaurant business most of his life. He was with Sonic Drive In for twenty-five years and two years with Arby's. Brian moved to Kirksville in 2018 and was sales manager at Harbor Freight Tools.

Brian will be remembered for being a hard working man and family man who was always helping others. He was a life long Pittsburg Steelers fan and faithful member of Grace Community Bible Church of Kirksville.

Brian has been cremated and a celebration of his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Grace Community Bible Church in Kirksville, with Pastor Benjamin Jorden presiding.
