Marjorie May (Hamilton) Walters, 97, of Green Castle, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024 at the La Plata Nursing Home in La Plata, Missouri.

Marjorie was born January 17, 1927 in Green Castle, the daughter of Charles and Lola (Hammons) Hamilton. She was united in marriage on June 22, 1947 in Kirksville, Missouri, to Raymond Walters, who preceded on April 24, 2000.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Forrest Walters; two brothers, Richard and Delbert Hamilton.

Marjorie is survived by one son, Harold Walters and wife Deborah of Winter Garden, Florida; two grandchildren, Mark Walters of Kansas City MO and Jessica Magyar (Daniel) of Winter Garden, FL; Great Grandsons; Easton, Ezra, and Elias of Winter Garden, FL.

Marjorie graduated from Novinger High School. She worked several years for the Novinger Locker Plant and was a housewife most of her life.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 29, 2024 in the Green Castle Cemetery in Green Castle, Missouri.
