Thoughts and Prayers to Eldon's family during this time. Known affectionately at the "Tower of Power" by his Smithfield Crete family, he will always be remembered as the genuine, hard working, always helpful individual he was. Gone too soon but left an impression not easily forgotten in and on the lives he touched.

Eldon was a good friend and a great business partner. He was generous to a fault. We spent many days and hours working and traveling together for work. We worked hard and we shared many laughs. We kept a positive and friendly completion between us on whether he could sell more or I could make more. He cared deeply for the people he worked with and he was always inspiration to us to believe we could do more and be more.
He touched lives around the world. I am sure there are men in Japan that are thinking of him and mourning the loss of a friend. I am saddened by the thought that I will not have this friend to grow old with. But I am gladdened by the remembrance of the joy he brought to my life and to others. Eldon made a positive difference in my life and I know in the lives of many more. I will miss him, but will rejoice in the day that we will meet again. To the family I share the love that Eldon shared with me. With deepest sympathies I will be thinking and praying for you.
