Hildegard Marie (Blank) Pearson, 91, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at her home.

Born January 22, 1932 she was the daughter of Puerzer (Freystadt) Blank in Erlangen West Germany.

Hildegard is survived by her sister Lottie Truitt of Kirksville, MO, two nieces, one nephew, three great-nieces and one great-nephew.

In 1958 Hildegard moved to Columbia, Missouri, and was employed a number of years for GTE Telephone Company. She had resided in Kirksville, Missouri at St. Andrews for the past eight years where she met many friends.

Public visitation will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until noon service time in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Monsignor Marion Makarewicz presiding. Private interment will follow the service at Memorial Cemetery in Columbia, Missouri, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home.
