Ola Mae (Talbert) Griffitts, 97, of Queen City, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at the Schuyler County Nursing Home in Queen City.

The daughter of the late Luther Otto and Ethel Mae (Soloman) Talbert, she was born February 16, 1926 in Greentop, Missouri. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Griffitts; one son, Ronnie Griffitts, and two grandsons.

Ola is survived by one son, Russell Griffitts of Columbia, MO; one brother, Lowell Talbert of Greentop, MO; and four grandsons.

Ola graduated from Queen City High School and attended Kirksville State Teachers College in Kirksville.

Ola has been cremated and no service will be held. Arrangements were taken care of by Travis-Noe Funeral Home of Kirksville.
