Vance was an amazing guy. I worked for him evenings and weekends while I was attending college, and for a couple of years after graduation since I got a teaching job nearby and had summers available. He taught me so much about so many things... mechanical, electrical, sheet metal, and general "business savvy" and customer service, that was every bit as valuable as my college degree. Making wise buying and business decisions and being able to fix my own appliances and most HVAC items etc. over the years has saved me tens of thousands of $. He was always honest and treated his customers right. Vance was a good man and a good friend. The world needs more men like Vance. Rest well old friend.

Vance and I were business associates for years. A finer, more honorable man I will never know. He was a fair man and I do not believe ever shorted anyone knowingly. We were on fun trips together and knew to always expect the unexpected from Vance. He was a better communicator than I. He would call and we could talk forever about just about anything and everything. I knew him as a good friend and a devoted family man. My wife and I will surely miss him!!
