Beth (Phillips) Smith, 69, of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away July 15, 2022 at Mercy One Des Moines Hospice.

Beth was born July 25, 1952 in Kirksville, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Loree Bradshaw; father, Foster Phillips; father, Perry Bradshaw; and son-in-law, Daniel Hughes.

Beth is survived by her Ex spouse, John Smith of Kirksville, MO; one daughter, Michelle Hughes of Des Moines, IA; two brothers, Perry Dale Bradshaw of Des Moines, IA, and Larry Bradshaw of Kirksville, MO; sister-in-law, Pat Bradshaw of Des Moines, IA; sister-in-law, Maria Bradshaw of Kirksville, MO; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, Missouri from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
