Pamela Diann (Grindstaff) Sheppard, 64, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at her home.

Born August 9, 1957 in Milan, Missouri, Pamela was the daughter of the late Virgil Ray and Ida June (Miles) Grindstaff. On March 31, 1973 in Milan, Missouri, Ruth was united in marriage to Darrell Sheppard.

Pamela is survived by her husband Darrell of forty-eight years; two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Derek McCaughey of Milan, MO, and Ida and Chris Archer of Moulton, IA; five grandchildren, Todd (Tara) Brouhard and Amanda Brouhard all of Kirksville, MO, April (Casey) Funk and Tyson (Raven) Archer all of Glenwood, MO, and Tanner Archer of South Bend, IN; four great-grandchildren, Caley Archer, Carter Funk, Adalin Bell, and Tanner Elder; brothers and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Velda June Grindstaff.

Pamela received her education in the Milan public schools. She worked as a CNA when she was younger and then took on multiple delivery routes for the Kirksville Crier Newspaper.

Pamela loved to go camping, collecting porcelain dolls, flea markets, and loved traveling to Kansas City about two or three times a year with family.

Public visitation will be held Monday, September 27, 2021 from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. and graveside services will follow at 2:30 at Henry Cemetery in Reger, Missouri.

Pallbearers will be Chris Archer, Tyson Archer, Tanner Archer, Casey Funk, Todd Brouhard, and Derek McCaughey.
