Judy Jeannette (Truitt) Livingston, 73, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 at her home.

The daughter of the late Delbert Lee and Irene Genette (Kruger) Truitt, she was born January 13, 1948 in Quincy, Illinois. On November 22, 1969 in Quincy, Illinois, Judy was united in marriage to Perry Truman Livingston.

Judy is survived by her husband Truman of the home; one son, Dustin (Sara) Livingston of Kirksville, MO; two daughters, J. Kay (Aaron) Moore of Joplin, MO, and Christine (Eric) Truitt of Kirksville, MO; two sisters, Marcia Salladay of Collinsville, MO, and Debra Sayre of Kirksville, MO; ten grandchildren, Tanis Truitt and Drake Truitt both of Kirksville, MO, Kitara Truitt of Green Castle, MO, Jesse Moore, Lily Moore, and Sophie Moore all of Joplin, MO, Dade Livingston and Ember Livingston both of Kirksville, MO, and Alexa Livingston, and Aubrey Livingston both of Bevier, MO, one great-grandchild, Kohana Winder of Joplin, MO; as well as a several nieces and nephews.

Judy resided in Adair County most of her life and was a graduate from Novinger High School with the Class of 1966. She loved children and had a day care business for over fifty years . Judy enjoyed gardening, flowers, going to the farm, car rides around town, and shopping, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Public visitation will be held Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Gibson officiating. Music selections will be provided by Twila Jones and Judy's granddaughter Sophie Moore. Interment will follow at Lutz Cemetery, south of Novinger, Missouri.

Expressions of sympathy in memory of Judy may be made to the Adair County Humane Society and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
