Mark Allen Conyers

January 11, 1956 - October 9, 2021

Mark Allen Conyers, 65, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2021 at his home under the care of Hospice.

Mark was born the son of the late David D. and Coe Ann (Bailey) Conyers on January 11, 1956 in Kirksville, Missouri.

Mark is survived by four brothers, Steve Conyers of Kirksville, MO, Mike Conyers of Columbia, MO, David Conyers of Rollins, MD, and Chris Conyers of Georgia, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mark was a graduate from Kirksville High School with the Class of 1974. He worked in oil fields for a number of years until retiring.

His hobbies included working on old cars and he loved to ride his Harley Davison motor cycle.

Mark has been cremated and no service will be held. Arrangements were taken care of by Travis-Noe Funeral Home of Kirksville.

Prayers for you Mark. I don't think many people knew that as a 14 year-old boy you were summoned from your house to try to save my Father's life. In 1970 Kirksville did not have an ambulance system to speak of. As the accident occurred on your Parents property you were asked to perform CPR on my Father. It must have been difficult to carry that image for the rest of your life. God Bless Mark. Rest in Peace.
