Ciindy Hix was a PTA president that brought flair, excitement, enthusiasm and a sense of humor to Ray Miller Elementary School. She had a plethera of ideas, and she was always willing to come up with a wonderful new idea. When I think of her I smile, and I always will. She loved her children, she loved all of the other children and she loved Ray Miller. She was the finest of the fine. A terrific asset to her community, her family, and our Ray Miller family. The one thing I will always cherish is her friendship, and oh, man, her laugh! I will never forget the joy and laughter she brought to so many PTA meetings. Heaven has received a fantastic asset!
