Jenniffer Lyn Hendricks, 54, of Rushville, IL passed away at 5:50 p.m. Friday, August 14, 2020, in Quincy, IL. She was born June 6, 1966 in Rushville, IL the daughter of Virgil Lee & Opalene Trone Stambaugh. She married Stephen Mark Hendricks on June 10, 1982 in Lewistown, IL. He survives along with her mother, (3) daughters; Willow Jordan Henderson & John of Rushville, IL, Dusti Rose Hendricks of Rushville, IL, Molly Jo Corrick & Lucas of Kirksville, MO, (3) grandchildren; Heyvynn Mariah Henderson, John Walker Henderson, Granger Melvin Henderson, (1) father-in-law, Melvin Hendricks, (1) sister; Jody Kolves & Kevin of Astoria, (2) brothers; Todd Stambaugh & Kathy of Astoria, IL, Timothy Stambaugh & Shannon of Bardolph, IL, sisters-in-law; Cathy Rigg and Candy Anderson, (9) nephews; Chase Lockard & Holly, Dalton Kolves & Miranda, Nick Rittenhouse & Tabitha, Joel Rittenhouse, Ethan Stambaugh, Eric Anderson and Anna Wubker, Corey Anderson & Amber, Bryce Phillips & Renee, Joseph Phillips & Shelby, (5) nieces; Mariah Kolves and Beau Stevens, Samantha Stambaugh and Bryan Pasley, Angel Lael & Thad, Misty Anderson and Greg LaRosa, Laurie Smock and Ron “Rowdy” Johnston, (25) great nieces & great nephews. She was joined in death by (3) grandsons; Dakota Levi Corrick, Archer Samuel Corrick, Ransom River Corrick She was preceded in death by (2) children; Amanda Nicole Hendricks, Joshua Levi Hendricks, father; Virgil Lee Stambaugh, mother-in-law; Marilyn Joyce Hendricks. She attended school in Astoria, IL and earned her GED from Spoon River College in 2010. Jenny was a loving mother and grandmother and was also a Sunday school teacher for many years. She loved children and was never happier than when she had a baby in her arms. She enjoyed reading, sewing, knitting and crocheting. Jenny was a house cleaner and a home maker. She was a member of the Astoria Christian Church. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Worthington Funeral Home with Matthew Thiner officiating. Interment will follow in Good Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to her family.
