Eva Kaye (Wortham) Puckett, 61, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at her home.

Born January 17, 1958 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Kaye was the daughter of the late Billy Earl and Wanda Lee (VanHoozer) Wortham.

Kaye is survived by one daughter, Jamie Lee Mann of Paragould, AR; three sisters, Billie Karen Sullivan of Kirksville, MO, Cynthia Walker of Bono, AR, and Lanita Stice of Newport, AR; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Kaye has been cremated and no service will be held. Arrangements were taken care of by Travis-Noe Funeral Home of Kirksville.
