Robert Neal Williams Jr., 62, of LaPlata, Missouri, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at his home.

The son of the late Robert Neal and Betty Mae (Hendricks) Williams Sr., he was born March 30, 1956 in Seaside, California. On March 19, 1990 in Quincy, Illinois, Robert was united in marriage to Martha B. Lang.

Robert is survived by his wife Martha of the home; five sons, Chris Lake and Ricky Woosley both of Kirksville, MO, and Cody, Travis Williams both of LaPlata, MO, and Nathan Rise of Quincy, IL; two daughters, Heather Berry of Quincy, IL, and Jacqeline Propst of North Carolina; two brothers, Mark Williams of Fulton, MO, and Jeff Williams of Decatur, IL; two sisters, Cheryl Bowman of Millersburg, MO and Debbie Kramer; his mother-in-law, Charlotte Miller of Macon, MO; as well as eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Mike Williams.

Robert received his education in Quincy, Illinois and worked for Austin's Fish Market. He and his wife moved to LaPlata, Missouri, in 2007 to make their home and Robert worked for Shahan Construction Company.

Robert has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangement were taken care of by Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.
