Sarah Katherine Warren, 22, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly, Monday July 23, 2018 at the University of Missouri in Columbia.

Born January 3, 1996 in Kirksville, Missouri, Sarah was the beautiful daughter of Cecil Shane and Pamela Joyce (Athon) Warren.

Sarah is survived by her parents, Cecil and Pamela Warren of Kirksville, MO; her sister, Hannah Warren of Kirksville, MO; her paternal grandfather, Fred Warren of Texarkana, AR; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as her puppies, Ace and Little Miss.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Asa and Lois Athon, her paternal grandmother, Lou Ann Warren, and several great aunts and uncles.

Sarah received her education, graduating from Kirksville Senior High School with the Class of 2014. She was employed with Sodexo and worked at Truman State University.

Sarah was a precious soul that loved her animals, Disney, crafting, tsum tsums, and children. She so wanted to be an assistant teacher for Pre-K, but her seizures didn't allow for that.

Sarah was a member of the Southside Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with family receiving friends for one hour before service time. Pastor Terry Hunsaker will officiate the service and interment will follow the service at Park View Memorial Gardens in Kirksville.

Pallbearers will be William Athon, Zachary Athon, Nicholas Athon, Tyler Athon, Lloyd Long and Herb Cook.
