Anthony Joseph "Joe" Sherrow, 53, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at his home.

The son of Harold Lee and Sandra Jolene (McKim) Bray, Joe was born July 28, 1964 in Kirksville. On June 28, 2003, Joe was united in marriage to Cathy McLaughlin.

Joe is survived by his wife Cathy of the home; his mother, Sandra Bray of Kirksville, MO; two daughters, Sassha Sherrow and friend Jerry Hart, and Casie Wiggins all of Kirksville, MO; one brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Susan Sherrow of Derby, KS; one sister, Tersa (Sherrow) Sizemore of Kirksville, MO; three grandchildren, Jayla Wiggins, Kinley Hart and Ryan Hart all of Kirksville, MO; one nephew, Lucas Sizemore of Kirksville, MO; and four nieces, Kim Kirkpatrick of Kirksville, MO, and Ashley, Sabrina, and Michelle Sherrow all of Derby, KS.

Joe was preceded by his father Harold Lee Bray.

Joe attended Kirksville High School. He worked a number of years as a diesel mechanic for Ridgeway Trucking/Bangert Trucking.

Joe was a Cardinal baseball fan, a NASCAR fan, Blue's Hockey fan, and a Chief's Football fan. He also enjoyed fishing, playing horse shoes and skeet shooting with his buddies Danny and Bubba. Joe was a very proud grandpa and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Public visitation will be held Sunday, September 10, 2017 with family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 11, 2017 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Alan Coonfield officiating. Joe will be cremated following the service.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby "Bubba" Stevens, Jerry Hart, Tim Inkelaar, Jim Ridgewood, Lathon Sayre, Dale Bell and Matthew Forquer.
