Robert Lee Howe, 70, of Novinger, Missouri, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the Schuyler County Nursing Home in Queen City, Missouri.

Born March 19, 1947 in Mexico, Missouri, Robert was the son of the late Lee and Ina (Fryrear) Howe. On May 28, 1971 in Downing, Missouri, Robert was united in marriage to Becky Martin.

Robert is survived by his wife Becky of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel and Julie Howe of Novinger, MO, and Joseph and Holly Howe of Ely, IA; and one sister, Linda Brinkman of Eudora, KS.

Robert was a graduate from Iola High School in Iola, Kansas. He served in the United States Navy. At the time of his death Robert had been employed as a maintenance supervisor for Twin Pines Adult Care Center in Kirksville.

It was Roberts's wish to be cremated and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements were taken care of by Travis-Noe Funeral Home of Kirksville.
