Vonda Louise (Holloway) Truitt, 83, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Twin Pines Adult Care Center in Kirksville.

The daughter of Gurnie and Ester (Douglas) Holloway, Vonda was born August 30, 1934 in Novinger, Missouri.

She is survived by one son, Robert Fisher of Kirksville, MO; one daughter, Pam Speaks of Kirksville, MO; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Carol Dee Holloway.

It was Vonda's wish to be cremated and no service be held. Arrangements were taken care of by Travis-Noe Funeral Home of Kirksville.
