Ivalee Ellen (Hubbard) Uber, 95, of Greentop, Missouri, passed away Friday (October 13, 2017) at the Knox County Nursing Home in Edina.

Born November 25, 1921 in rural Greentop, Missouri, Ivalee was the daughter of the late Lowery Edwin and Minnie (Waggoner) Hubbard. On December 20, 1939 in Queen City, Missouri, Ivalee was united in marriage to Orville Charles Uber who preceded her in death on January 12, 1995. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Anne Westhoff on August 11, 2017, six sisters and two brothers.

Ivalee is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Alice Kay and Garry Mathes of Greentop, MO, and Kathy Sue and Jeff Wever of Hurdland, MO; nine grandchildren, David & Laurie Mathes of Downingtown, PA, Janet and Larry Reed of Kirksville, MO, Julie and Jeff Boyer of Polo, MO, Melissa Knight of Pensacola, FL, Michael Booth of Owensville, MO, Natalie Westhoff of Lee Summit, MO, Jeffery Wever, Matthew Wever and Monica Wever all of Hurdland, MO; eleven great-grandchildren, Nigel and Gavin Mathes, Brooke Reed Eskridge, Stephanie and Tyler Reed, Chris (Michelle) Boyer, Amanda Boyer (Ben) Hall, Tiffany Knight (Josh) Rouse, Eddie Knight, Jonathon Booth and Austin Westhoff; six great great-grandchildren, Carter and Liam Eskridge, Welsey Boyer, Fletcher and Madeline Hall and Lenora Rouse; a son-in-law, Ron Westhoff; and a sister-in-law, Juanita Scott.

Ivalee was a life long resident of the Greentop area and received her education in the McKim School. She was employed at the Haven of Rest Nursing Home in Greentop for over 20 years as a practical nurse and later was employed as a Home Assisted Aid. She was a member of the Greentop Methodist Church and the U.M.W. She taught the children's Sunday School Classes for several years and was a 4-H Leader.

Ivalee enjoyed caring for her family and friends, cooking, sewing, working in her garden, she most enjoyed family gatherings and was a devoted mother, wife, and grandmother.

Public visitation is in progress and family will receive friends this evening, Monday, October 16, 2017, in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Aaron Rodgerson officiating. Interment will follow the service at New Harmony Cemetery west of Greentop, Missouri.

Pallbearers will be David Mathes, Michael Booth, Jeffery Wever, Matthew Wever, William Hubbard, and Gary Lindquist. Honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandsons.

Expressions of sympathy in memory of Ivalee Uber may be made to the New Harmony Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
