Belva “Ann” LeAnne Bachman of Worthington, Missouri passed after a three year battle with lymphoma on Tuesday (August 9, 2016). She was born July 9, 1951 in Putnam County to Everett and Lois (Hurley) Ruggles. On Sept 26, 1970, Ann was united in marriage to Edwin “Earl” Bachman, to this marriage two children were born.
She is survived by her husband Earl of the home, Daughters Tracy Robinson and husband Jason and Kathryn Magers and husband Chris all of Novinger, MO; four grandchildren, Tyler Robinson, Makenna Robinson, Christopher Magers, and Nickolas Magers all of Novinger, MO; four brothers, Gary Hurley and wife Sharon of Novinger, MO, Rick Hurley and wife Lorraine of Worthington MO, Dwight Hurley and wife Joyce of Novinger, MO, Jerry Ruggles and wife Edith of Queen City, MO; three Sisters, Elise Kirkpatrick and husband Ron of Kirksville, MO, Daisy May and husband Luther of Novinger, MO and Kathy Cassady of Novinger, MO; four brothers-in-law, Jim, Larry, Bill, and Samuel “Dude” Bachman; four sisters-in-law, Connie and Marge Bachman, Ruby Ruggles, Dorothy Ruggles; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Ann is proceeded in death by her parents Everett and Lois Ruggles; brothers, Robert “Bob” Hurley, Burney “Bill” Ruggles, and Elmer Ruggles; sisters, Rebecca Powless, Dorothy Stevens and Sarah Brookhart; nephew, Jimmy Hurley; and several brothers-in-law, including Paul Bachman.
She worked at the Florsheim Shoe Factory for over 15 years. Where she worked alongside many family members and met many friends. Ann enjoyed cooking and canning and was famous to her family for her homemade noodles, fudge and sorghum cookies. She loved camping, fishing and playing games with her family and friends. She adored her grandchildren and took joy in spending time with them.

A public visitation in honor of Ann will be held Saturday (August 13, 2016) from 12:30-2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held immediately following the visitation at the Morelock Cemetery near Novinger, Missouri, with Jeff Dodson presiding.
Expressions of sympathy in memory of Ann Bachman may be made to Morelock Cemetery. Memorials may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
