Charles "Cody" Shouse, 21, of Waukesha, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, August 27, 2016, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital in Waukesha.

The son of Charles William and Cyndi Renee (Crabtree) Shouse, Cody was born July 13, 1995 in Overland Park, Kansas.

Cody is survived by his parents, Chuck and Cyndi Shouse of Waukesha, Wisconsin; one sister, Caysi Shouse of LaPlata, MO; grandparents, Bill Shouse of LaPlata, MO, John Wayne Crabtree and Caren Crabtree both of Harvey,LA; four uncles, Randy, Mark, John, and Doug; three aunts, Lisa, Barbie, and Heather, as well as several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Judy Shouse and Mildred Suezanie Crabtree.

Cody was a graduate from Waukesha High School in Waukesha, Wisconsin. He enjoyed working on his grandparents Bill and Judy Shouse's farm in LaPlata.

Graveside services will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Wilsontown Cemetery, northeast of LaPlata, Missouri, with Reverend John Bowen officiating.

Public visitation will be held Saturday, September 3, 2016, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Poston, Travis Poston, Gus Mihalevich, Aaron Flynn, David Mitchell and Bobby Poston.
