I only knew Benjamin through the internet on a public forum so it seemed proper I should write here. He was very warm and funny and I'm glad I knew him for the short time that I did.

Like Cruz, I met Benjamin through a group on Facebook. I only knew him for a little bit of time, but I was very glad to call him my friend. He seemed like the nicest, coolest dude and he wasn't weirder out when the first thing I asked him was "Who is your favorite Batman villain?" I'm gonna miss Benjamin and my heart goes out to everyone who is missing him in person.

I was acquainted with Benjamin through a movie appreciation Facebook group, like Cruz and Jordan. He was a friendly, fun and interesting addition to our discussions. I valued his input and always enjoyed interacting with him. His presence will be greatly missed. To his family and 'real-life' friends, I am greatly sorry for your loss.

Like some others who have commented here, I only knew Ben from a Facebook page that we are a part of, and therefore only knew of him threw the internet. However, in the brief time that I knew him there, Ben clearly showed himself to be a sweet, funny, and personable guy and I'm shocked and very saddened at this news. My sincerest condolences to his friends and family. He will certainly be missed.
