Tom Greenstreet, 71, of Queen City, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at his home.

He was the son of Carl J. and Opal Greenstreet; Tom was born on November 19, 1941 in Denver, Colorado. On October 8, 1961 in Kirksville, he married Mary Mathes.

Tom is survived by his wife; two children, Todd and wife Kathy Greenstreet of Downing, Missouri, and Lisa (Greenstreet) Moore and close friend Bill Fugate of Lancaster, Missouri; Jessica (Moore) Gottman and friend Chad Blackorby Erica Moore; Alyssa, Keeley, and Spencer Greenstreet; three great-grandchildren, Madison and Carson Gottman, Mason Bernand; sister, Imogene Guy of Strasburg, Colorado, two brothers, Gerald and wife Marsha Greenstreet of St. Louis, Missouri, and Joe and wife Paula Greenstreet of Nevada City, California.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

He enjoyed his farm and spending time with his family. Tom loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. He worked construction for the most part of his life. Tom has been a dedicated Moose Lodge member since 1989.

A funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday (April 6, 2013) at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Sonny Smyser and Steve Findling officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Lancaster Cemetery.

A public visitation will be held Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home.
