William Henry Noe, 73, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Tuesday (April 10, 2012) at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

The son of Vernon Turner and Bonnie Ellen (Cox) Noe, he was born July 28, 1938 in Kirksville, Missouri. On March 21, 1958 in Kirksville, Bill was united in marriage to Eva Jane Weber.

Bill is survived by his wife Eva Jane; two sons, Danny Noe of Leeton, MO and Brian Noe of Kirksville, MO; two grandsons, William and Jeffrey Noe; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert E. and Bonnie Noe of Kirksville, MO; one sister, Beverly Brewer of Kirksville, MO; one sister-in-law, Peggy Noe of Kirksville, MO and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Bud Noe, and one sister, Betty Masten.

Bill was a graduate from Kirksville High School with the Class of 1956 and attended Truman State University. He owned a construction company (Bill Noe & Sons) until his retirement. Bill also enjoyed raising cattle, collecting John Deere Equipment and spending time with his two dogs, Sadie and Little Red.

Bill was a member of Kirksville Moose Lodge #1751, Senior Circle, life member of NRA and was a volunteer at the Adair County Public Library.

Public visitation will be held Saturday (April 14, 2012) after 3:00 p.m., with family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday (April 15, 2012) at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Dan Todd officiating. Music selections will be provided by Dianthe Cable, organist.

Entombment will take place at a later date at Highland Park Cemetery in Kirksville.
