Glen David "Parakeet" Clark, 75, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri, under Hospice care.

Born April 28, 1950 in Kirksville, Missouri, Glen was the son of the late Robert Thadius and Geneva Ann (Truitt) Clark. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Glenna Clark; granddaughter, Arabella Clark; as well as two brothers, Bobby Dean Clark and Danny D. Clark.
On April 25, 1969 in Kirksville, Missouri, Glen was united in marriage to Sharon Garrett who preceded him in death on May 2, 2020.

Glen is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, David Wayne and (April) Clark of Kirksville, MO; one sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Jim Hanlin of Brashear, MO; one grandson, Koltyn Clark; three sisters-in-law, Marilyn Clark of Brashear, MO, Vickie Clark of Kirksville, MO, and Denise Garrett of Memphis, MO, as well as a number of caring Amish friends.

Glen received his education in the Kirksville public schools. He was employed ten years for PSF in Milan until retiring. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and coyote hunting and loved to cook and have big barbeques.

Public visitation will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2026 from noon to 2:00 p.m. service time at Travis-Noe Funeral Home with Pastor Brett Winder officiating. Interment will follow the service at Lutz Cemetery, Novinger, Missouri.

Pallbearers will be Brad Moncrief, Justin Coy, Jason Garlock, Ross Fortney, Brandon Mihalevich, Levi Miller, and Shawn Rusk. Honorary pallbearers will be Rob Athon, David Stutsman, and his coyote hunting buddies.

Memorial donations in memory of Glen may be made to his son David Clark or to Lutz Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
