Ronnie "Joe" Manchester, 64, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at his home.

The son of the late Robert Lee and Mildred Maxine (Shelton) Manchester he was born May 1, 1961 in Kirksville, Missouri. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Blanche Weese.

Joe is survived by two brothers, Roger Manchester of Kirksville, MO, and Daniel Manchester of Knox City, MO; three sisters and a brother-in-in-law, Hope Parton, Donna and Dicky Wheeler, and Rose Mary Manchester all of Kirksville, MO.

Joe was a graduate from Kirksville High School with the Class of 1979. He was employed a number of years at ConAgra and later for Adair Foods. Joe enjoyed fishing, scraping, and really enjoyed rebuilding most any thing.

Public visitation will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home. Following visitation a graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Park Cemetery in Kirksville.

Pallbearers will be Riley Sager, Ethan Wheeler, Keaton Miller, Gage Miller, Eric Parton, and Hope Parton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Joe may be made to Hospice of Northeast Missouri, and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
