Edwin Frank Bonnell Jr., 66, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at his home.

The son of the late Edwin Frank and Helen Ann (Reily) Bonnell Sr., he was born April 1, 1959 in Lyons, New York. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Betty Beaver; and one brother, Michael Bonnell. On October 14, 1988 in Tucson, AZ, Edwin was united in marriage to Melissa Feirce.

Edwin is survived by his wife Melissa of the home; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Scott Bonnell of Tucson, AZ, Edwin and Rose Bonnell, and Chris and Misty Bonnell all of Kirksville, MO; one brother, Floyd Bonnell of Saint Petersburg, FL; three sisters, Peggy Childress of Lynchburg, VA, Donna Hubbard of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Terry Bonnell of Tucson, AZ; two grandchildren, Alijah and Raven Bonnell; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Edwin has resided in the Kirksville area since 2006 and was a self employed mechanic. He also loved his tow truck and party line.

Edwin has been cremated and a celebration of life will take place at a later date. Arrangements were taken care of by Travis-Noe Funeral Home of Kirksville.
