Jennifer Lynn Bunch, 47, of Green Castle, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at her home in Green Castle, Missouri.

Born February 11, 1978, in Kirksville, Missouri, to Jerry Olen Johnson and Iris June Sizemore, Jennifer grew up in the Kirksville area and spent her life rooted in the community she loved. She married the love of her life, Jerry Lee Bunch, on October 5, 2024, in Kirksville, beginning a new chapter filled with joy and companionship.

Jennifer dedicated her career to customer service, bringing warmth and kindness to everyone she met. She was known for her generous spirit, her bright smile, and her unwavering love for her family. She enjoyed Christmas, making everyone happy, black jelly beans, riding side-by-sides and motorcycles and her crafts.

She was a member of the Kirksville VFW Women's Axillary.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Jerry Lee Bunch of Green Castle; her mother, Iris Johnson; her sons, Hunter Bunch and Dakota (Delaney) Parrish; two step sons, Wesley (Shelby) and Riley Bunch; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jerry and Sharon Bunch; two sisters, Lorna Nelson and Joyce (Mike) Wood; one grandchild, Wylde Bunch; and several nieces and nephews.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, and brother Olen Johnson II.

A funeral service celebrating Jennifer’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Virgil Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Jim Town Cemetery near Glenwood, Missouri.

Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jon Wood, Jordan Wood, Travis Wood, Dakota Parrish, Mike Wood, and Riley Bunch. Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Bunch and Ark.

Jennifer will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
