Jeffrey Don Watkins, 53, of Greentop, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 11, 2025.

Born June 5, 1972 in Kirksville, Missouri, Jeff was the son of Paul Eugene and Sandra Lea (Hollon) Henley. On July 7, 2012 in Greentop, Missouri, Jeff was united in marriage to Tosha O'Haver.

Jeff is survived by wife, Tosha of the home; his parents, Paul and Sandra Henley of Milan, MO; four sons, Blake (Jordan) Watkins, Brody Watkins, Kaden Watkins, and Nathan Watkins; two daughters, Abbi Shively and Breanna (Traven) Miller; one brother, Shane (Cindi) Watkins; his grandmother, Phyllis Hollon who he was very close to; as well as eleven grandchildren, Taygenn Watkins, Oakley Watkins, Zayden Watkins, Annora Brashers, Charlotte Shively, Kenan Wyant, Olivia Henry, Ivy Miller, Dennis Miller, Bexlyn Eddy, and Nova Eddy.

Jeff was a graduate from Milan C-2 High School. Jeff and Tosha were former owners of The Bank Bar & Grill in Greentop. He last owned his own construction company (Watkins Construction).

Jeff was a sponsor of Delta Waterfowl Hazel Creek Chapter and was very involved in the community of Greentop. He was an avid hunter, and loved teaching kids how to hunt.

Jeff loved time spent with his family and very much loved being a papa and grandpa.

Public visitation will be held Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home with Pastor Marty Palermo officiating. Interment will follow the service at Greentop Cemetery in Greentop, Missouri.

Memorial donations in memory of Jeff may be made to Hazel Creek Chapter Delta Waterfowl and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
