Mary Ellen (Wheeler) Baugher. 63 of Milan, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly Monday, April 22, 2024 at the University Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

Born October 30, 1960 in Kirksville, Missouri, Mary was the daughter of the late Joel Elmer and Mildred Ellen (Selby) Wheeler. She was also preceded in death by one brother, David Wheeler.

Mary is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jon and Nancy Baugher of Kirksville, MO; one daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Jeremy Lyons of Kirksville, MO; her boyfriend of seventeen years, Mike Weaver of Milan, MO and his son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Sharon Weaver of Kingston, MO; four brothers and a sister-in-law, Bill Wheeler of St. Louis, MO, J.E. Wheeler of High Ridge, MO, Dickie and Donna Wheeler of Kirksville, MO, and Donnie Wheeler of Kirksville, MO; one sister and brother-in-law, Carol and James Phipps of Kirksville, MO; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, as well as her very loved dogs, Max and Rufus.

Mary was a graduate from Brashear High School with the Class of 1978. She was employed throughout the years in Kirksville at Lambert's Glove Factory, Sirloin Stockade, Florsheim Shoe Factory, and last for Pyramid Home Health Services.

Mary enjoyed camping, family dinners, and most of all loved spending time with her family.

Mary has been cremated and her family will receive friends on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. A memorial service will follow visitation in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.
