Diana Kay (Ehrenfelt) Cunningham, 72, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023 under the care of Hospice at Kirksville Manor Care Center.

Diana was born July 3, 1950 in Iowa City, Iowa, the late daughter of Milton B. and Betty Lou (Jackson) Ehrenfelt. She was also preceded in death by one brother Richard Ehrenfelt.

Diana is survived by her daughter Heather Lynn (Cunningham) Murphy and her children Makenna Kay Murphy, Landry Steven Murphy, and Ehren Marie Murphy; her sister, Karen Lynn (Ehrenfelt) Waters and husband Tom; as well as nieces and nephews.

Diana was a graduate of Mid-Prairie High School in Wellman, Iowa with the Class of 1968. After moving to Kirksville, she worked many years at Standard Register and Ortech in customer service and lastly at S&R as office manager before retiring due to ill health.

Diana was always her grandchildren's biggest fan and attended many sporting and school related events. She loved watching the Iowa Hawkeye's, NHRA drags, NASCAR, and super cross.

Diana's wish was to be cremated and no service be held at this time.
