Steven Wade Conyers, 65, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, December 3, 2023 at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri.

Born April 5, 1958 in Kirksville, Missouri, Steven was the son of David Dean Conyers and Coe Ann Bailey who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Mark Allen Conyers.

Steven is survived by three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Michael and Sherri Conyers of Columbia, MO, David and Sherri Conyers of Rawlings MD, and Christopher Conyers of Atlanta, GA; four nephews, two great-nephews, two great-nieces and one son.

Steven was a graduate of Kirksville High School with the Class of 1976. After graduating, Steven spent four years as a CB (heavy equipment operator for the United States Navy. After serving in the Navy, he worked a number of years as a dry waller for construction companies.

Steven will be remembered as being an avid gardener and a amazing cook. He also loved his time spent with the company of friends.

Steven has been cremated and he will be inurned at a later date at the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery in Jacksonville, Missouri, under the direction of Travis-Noe Funeral Home of Kirksville.
