Glen Thomas Maheu, 84, of Union, Missouri, formerly of Kirksville, MO, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Glen was born in Detroit Michigan, the son of the late Thomas Romeo and Lois Bell (Waller) Maheu. On June 1, 1963 in Walled Lake, Michigan, Glen was united in marriage to Tettie Ruth Jadzinski who preceded him in death on March 4, 2014. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Mark and Chris Maheu; one granddaughter, Kylie Maheu; and two sisters, Marie Black and Nancy Jones.

Glen is survived by four sons, Matthew Maheu of Nashville, TN, Robert Maheu of Union, MO, Michael Maheu of Porthuron, MI, and Glen Maheu Jr. of Lansing, MI; one daughter, Dawn Williams of Idaho; one brother, Charles Maheu; and five sisters, Doris Monroe, Juanita Frank, Lois Waller, Diana Forynski, and Theresa Bratby, as well as a number of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Glen has been cremated and a graveside memorial service with military honors will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 27, 2020 at the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO, under the direction of Travis-Noe Funeral Home of Kirksville, MO.
