Duane Edward Livingston, 58, of Kirksville, Missouri, formerly of Monmouth, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the Pioneer Skilled Nursing Center in Marceline, MO.

The son of Charles Robert and Bonnie May (Freeland) Livingston, he was born May 26, 1961 in Monmouth, Illinois.

Duane is survived by his father Bob Livingston of Kirksville, MO; one brother, David B. Livingston of Kirksville, MO, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother and sister Diane Livingston.

Duane graduated from high school in Monmouth, Illinois where he resided most of his life. He retired in 2005 from the United States Navy after serving honorably for more than 20 years.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 16, 2019 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Alan Saoirse-Whittom officiating. Family will receive friends for one hour before service time on Monday. Interment with military honors will be held 3:00 p.m. at the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery in Jacksonville, Missouri.
