Virginia Anna Jefferson, 99, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Kirksville Manor Care Center.

The daughter of Henry and Ida (McIllvain) Brandau, she was born March 11, 1919 in McMechan, West Virginia. On February 15, 1936 in Moundsville, West Virginia was united in marriage to J. Bardall Jefferson who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one son Jace B. Jefferson.

Anna is survived by two sons, Marc A. (Kelly) Jefferson of Kirksville, MO, and Thomas B. (Amy Marie) Jefferson of W. Virginia, and one daughter, Sondra (William) Murray of Kirksville, MO, as well as several grandchildren.

It was Anna's wish to be cremated and a memorial service to be held at a later date in West Virginia.
