Susan Lynnae (Kelsey) Rogers, 60, of Green City, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 at her home.

Born October 16, 1958 in Kirksville, Missouri, Susan was the daughter of the late Erwin Leroy and Helen Yvonnae (Sizemore) Kelsey. On February 8, 1975 in Kirksville, Missouri, Susan was united in marriage to Ray Rogers who survives.

Susan is also survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Georgia Yvonnae and Ryan Barnes of Green City, MO, and Rayatte and Josh Gardner of Ottumwa, IA; one brother Erwin Michael Kelsey of Seattle, WA; one sister, Janet Lasley of Burlington, IA and seven grandchildren.

Susan received her education at Ottumwa High School in Ottumwa, IA. She then lived in Kirksville where she worked at Florsheim Shoe Factory before moving back to Ottumwa where she worked in nursing until her health failed.

Susan enjoyed sewing, cooking, crocheting, reading and her dogs, but most of all loved her family and time spent with her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 12, 2018 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville with Pastor Rodney Dorr officiating. Family will receive friends on Monday for one hour before service time. Interment will follow the service at Refuge Cemetery, northwest of Kirksville.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
