Mary Kathryn (McVay) Campbell, 76, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at her home under Hospice care.

Born June 10, 1941 in Novinger, Missouri, Mary was the daughter of the late John "Jack" and Geneva (Jones) McVay. On January 14, 1961 in Adair County, Missouri, Mary was united in marriage to Gilbert Campbell who preceded her in death on April 6, 2007.

Mary is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Clinton and Sara Campbell of Mason, OH; two daughters and a son-in-law, Tina Campbell of Kirksville, MO, and Kathy and Edward Baird of O'Fallon, MO; one brother and sister-in-law, John and Jeanett McVay of Kansas City, KS; six grandchildren, Miles Campbell, Morgan Campbell, Ashlee Marler, Amanda Graeser, Michael Baird, and Edward Baird Jr.; four great-grandchildren, Brandon Graeser, Isaiah Graeser, Jeremiah Greaser, and Noah Baird, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mary resided most of her life in Adair County and was a graduate from Novinger High School in Novinger, Missouri. She was employed as a customer service coordinator for Standard Register for over twenty-five years.

Mary loved to read, fish, spend time with her family and friends and was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan. She was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge of Kirksville.

Public visitation will be held Saturday, January 13, 2018 with family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Ralph Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow the service at Park View Memorial Gardens in Kirksville.
