Norman Deon Rogers, 66, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at the LaPlata Nursing Home in LaPlata, MO.

The son of the late Hilles Deon and Dorothy Mae (Sweikert) Rogers, he was born April 16, 1950 in Kirksville, Missouri.

Norman is survived by one sister, Pamela Dethloff of Oletha, KS; one niece, Leah Dethloff of Lee's Summit, MO, and one nephew, Joshua Dethloff of Independence, MO.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday (February 3, 2017) at the Hamilton Street Baptist Church in Kirksville.
