Karen Kay (Maize) Osborn, 64, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

The daughter of Jesse Andrew and Pricilla Fern (Beall) Maize, she was born January 19, 1952 in Kirksville, Missouri.

Karen is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Amy Osborn of Kirksville, MO; one daughter, Chris Ann Parrish of Kirksville, MO; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack and Marie Maize and Jesse and Connie Maize all of Kirksville, MO; three grandchildren, Terri Fountain and husband Jason of Kirksville, MO, Haley Lauderdale of Georgia, and Lauren Lauderdale of Kirksville, MO; four great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, John A. Glaspie.

Karen received her education in the Kirksville public schools. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, crafting, and watching Sci-Fy.

Karen was a member of the Liberty Full Gospel Church of Kirksville.

Public visitation will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016, with family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2016, at Travis-Noe Funeral Home, with Greg Maize presiding.

Karen will be cremated following her service and interred at Queen City Cemetery at a later date.
