Gloria Dawn Capps, 64, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

The daughter of Donald Eugene and Evalee Sern (McFarland) Clay, she was born February 17, 1951 in Kirksville, Missouri.

Gloria is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Angela Capps of Kirksville, MO; one brother, Lindall Clay of Huntsville, AL, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Gloria was a graduate from Kirksville High School. She worked in several area nursing homes.

Gloria enjoyed playing Bingo, going to yard sales and attending auctions.

She was a member of the Salvation Army Church.

Gloria has been cremated and graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Rose Cemetery, north of Novinger, Missouri, under the direction of Travis-Noe Funeral Home.
