Marjorie M. (Novinger) Redmon, 94, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Monday (October 19, 2015) at Kirksville Manor Care Center.

The daughter of Martin and Vivian (Tracy) Novinger, she was born on December 22, 1920 in Kirksville, Missouri. On July 13, 1941 in Kirksville, Missouri, Marjorie was united in marriage to Noble R.L. Redmon who preceded her in death on June 9, 2014.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother Tracey Novinger and one sister, Katherine Novinger.

Marjorie is survived by her son Alan Lee Redmon of Kirksville, MO; two grandsons, Jason Redmon of Novinger, MO and Jeremy Redmon of Kirksville, MO; four great-grandchildren, Caitlin, Carson, Tatum and Levi, and several nieces and nephews.

Marjorie was a homemaker and enjoyed going to car shows with R.L. in their 1955 Crown Victoria.

Marjorie became a member of First United Methodist Church of Kirksville in 1941.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday (October 22, 2015) at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Richard Northcutt officiating.

Public visitation will be held on Thursday (October 22, 2015) from noon to service time in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home.

Marjorie will be cremated following her service and graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday (October 23, 2015) at Park View Memorial Gardens in Kirksville.
