Debra Lynn (Phelps) Arnold, 58, of Haskell, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday (May 1, 2014) at Saint Francis Health Systems in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The daughter of Keith Raymond and Vaunda Mae (Pipes) Phelps Jr., she was born April 7, 1956 in Kirksville, Missouri. On June 1, 1975 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Debra was united in marriage to J.B. Arnold.

Debra is survived by husband J.B.; her mother, Vaunda Phelps of Queen City, MO; one son Jeffrey Mark Arnold of Haskett, OK; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Raymond and Alice Phelps of Greentop, MO and Scott Phelps of Queen City, MO; one sister and brother-in-law, Tamala and Von Dole of Queen City, MO; four nephews, Carl Phelps, Kevin Phelps, Jakob Phelps and Joshua Dole and four great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one son, James Arnold, her father, Keith Phelps Jr., and one uncle, Orville Pipes.

Debra was a graduate from Kirksville High School with the Class of 1974. She was a very loving and devoted mother and will be sadly missed.

Public visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday (May 5, 2014) in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday (May 6, 2014) at Travis-Noe Funeral Home, with Pastor Robert Fredricks officiating. Interment will follow the service at Highland Park Cemetery in Kirksville.

Pallbearers will be Carl Phelps, Joshua Dole, Kevin Phelps, Jakob Phelps, Matt Arnold and Walter Arnold.
