Thomas Morris "Tom" Westfall

Thomas Morris Westfall, 75, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Monday, January 8, 2024 at Schuyler County Nursing Home in Queen City, Missouri.
Born June 29, 1948 in Maryville, Missouri, Thomas was the son of the late Robert Paul and Roberta Francis (Morris) Westfall. On November 10, 1979 in LaBelle, Missouri, Tom was united in marriage to Margaret Bea Myers.
Tom is survived by his wife Margaret of forty-four years; one son, Thomas Paul Westfall of Kirksville, MO; two daughters and sons-in-law, Angela Sue and Steve Ledford of Centralia, MO, and Andrea Lee and Dustin Harris of Richmond, VA; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Carolyn Westfall of Maryville, MO; one sister Christi Wiley of Independence, MO; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Tom was a graduate from Maryville High School in Maryville, Missouri, with the Class of 1966, and attended two years of college at Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville. Tom proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1968 to 1970, where he received the National Defense Service Medal and Parachute Badge. After being honorably discharged Tom returned to the Kirksville area where he owned and operated T&W Siding & Guttering Company until his retirement.
Tom was an auctioneer a number of years, and enjoyed fishing, farming, and gardening.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Virgil Jones officiating. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, for one hour before service time. Interment with military honors will follow at the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery in Jacksonville, Missouri.
