Sharron Kaye Hiatt, age 76, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2023. She was a beloved mother, wife, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Sharron was born on February 15, 1947, in Spiro Oklahoma, where she spent her formative years with her parents Ed and Jo Remer, and her siblings Eady Remer, Kerry Olive, and Sam Remer.

She loved cooking yummy food, sharing funny stories, doing crafts, gardening, sewing, and rooting for the Chiefs. One of her favorite pastimes was riding alongside George/Poppy playing golf. She was an active member and volunteer of her church (La Plata Christian Church).

Sharron is survived by her loving husband, George Hiatt, their children, GE and Shelly Hiatt, Mark and Kathy Hiatt, Cara and Paul Brock, Lisa and Corey Thomas, Sonya and Tim Hogan, and Kristen and Chris Buttacavoli along with their grandchildren and great grand children. Special thank you for your love and support to Terri Clay, Darin Lowe, and Bobby Withrow.

A private funeral service will be held for family and close friends.
