Linda Kay (Morrison) Findling, 60, of Kirksville, MO, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at her home.

Born June 28, 1963 in Kirksville, Missouri, Linda was the daughter of the late Eugene Joseph and Sarah Ann (Stivers) Morrison. She was united in marriage to Rickie Pinkerton who preceded her in death. On May 27, 2014 in Kirksville, Missouri, Linda married Curtis Findling who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one niece and her husband, Shawna and Jamie Fitch, and her brother-in-law, Pete Robinson.

Linda is survived by two sons, Carl (Terri) Pinkerton of Greentop, MO, and Sean (Tabatha) Pinkerton of Kirksville, MO; one brother, Frank Morrison of Brashear, MO; one sister, Connie Robinson of Mansfield, TX; eight grandchildren, Connor Pinkerton, Hannah, Emma, and Noah Mitchell, Jessie Osborn, and Jacobie, Josie, and Jaylynn Fountain; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Linda was a graduate from Kirksville High School with the Class of 1980. She was employed eighteen years as an EMT and office clerk for the Adair County Ambulance District. Linda was last employed for Dollar Tree in Kirksville ten years until retiring due to ill health.

Linda enjoyed crafting, traveling, and going to concerts, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, grandchildren, and her dog Lola.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February6, 2024 at Ownbey Cemetery in Kirksville with Pastor Elaine Allred presiding. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Linda may be made to Travis-Noe Funeral Home in care of expenses and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
