Curtis Lee "Curt" Findling, 62, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2024 unexpectedly at his home.

Born February 7, 1961 in Kirksville, Missouri, Curtis was the son of the late Romaine Laverne "Tex" and Beverly Jean (Lightfoot) Findling. He was united in marriage to Linda Morrison on May 27, 2014.

Curt is survived by his children, Amanda Shondy, Jason Findling and daughter-in-law Brandi, and Kadi Findling, as well as his grandchildren, Felicity J. Findling, Zylar and Audrey Shondy, and his cousin, Randy Tullis.

Curt was a graduate from Kirksville High School with the Class of 1979. He was a third generation auctioneer and enjoyed outdoor activities including float trips and attending concerts.

Curt has been cremated and no service will be held. Memorial donations in memory of Curtis may be made to the Adair County Humane Society and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
