Billy Maurice Weekley Sr., 71, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

The son of Clarence and Beulah (Wells) Weekley, he was born January 15, 1949 in Waterloo, Iowa. On April 15, 1982 in Kirksville, Missouri, Billy was united in marriage to Sally Reed.

Billy is survived by his wife Sally of thirty-eight years; two sons and daughters-in-law, Billy and Gina Weekley II of Gallatin, TN, and Paul and Jenny McKim of Kirksville, MO; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Connie and Labeeb Alkoka of Auburdale, FL, Billie Joe Beenken of Houston, TX, Clara McKim of Kirksville, MO, and Hiedi and Willie Coleman of Kirksville, MO; his sister-in-law, Julia Weekley of Waterloo, IA; life-long family friends, Richard and Karla Tournier of Kirksville, MO; twenty-two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, as well a numerous nieces and nephews.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Tammy Weekley, as well as sixteen siblings, Harold, Clarence, Dewey, Jack, Donald, Sonny, Larry, Harvey, Hattie, Betty, Geraldine, Darlene, Esther, Nancy, Judy, and Jerry.

Billy resided most of his life in Waterloo, Iowa where he worked in recycling. He was a avid Junker and loved to travel.

Bill was a very devoted family man and loved time spent with his grandchildren.

Public visitation will be held 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, Missouri.

Pallbearers will be, Paul Weekley, Jack Potter, James Potter, Willie Coleman, Jeremy Weekley, Jack Weekley, and Larry Weekley.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home with Pastor Ralph Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow at Mulberry Cemetery in rural Kirksville.
