Mathew "Matt" William Bleything, 34, of Brashear, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, March 10, 2018 at his home.

Born October 25, 1983 in Kirksville, Matt was the son of Ricki Dale and Tamara Lu (Ogle) Bleything.

Matt is survived by his long-time companion, Heather Longano of the home; his parents; three sons, Keaton Bleything of Brookfield, Missouri, Rylee Bleything of Brashear, and Weston Bleything of Brashaer; one daughter, Addilyn Bleything of Brashear; one brother, Cheston Bleything of Kirksville; two sisters, Sasha Bleything of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Aubrey Bleything of Brashear; and Chris and Tina Longano of Kirksville.

Matt lived all his life in Brashear and graduated from Brashear High School with the class of 2003. He was employed for Shahan Electric for eleven years and as an over the road truck driver for Ditzseld Transfer Trucking Company for the last four years.

Matt made an impression with people with his polite, hard-working nature. People admired his work. Matt enjoyed camping, the outdoors, and being with his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville, with Pastor Graeme Golding presiding. Interment at Yarrow Cemetery will follow.

A public visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until service time Thursday, March 15, 2018 in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral home.
