Victor Lee Runnels, 70, of Edina, Missouri, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017 at his home.

The son of Alvin Lester and Florence Euretha (Hays) Runnels, he was born October 25, 1946 in Kirksville, MO.

Victor is survived by two sons, Chad Runnels of Edina, MO, and Victor Runnels of AR; one daughter, Sonya Runnels of Edina, MO; three step-children, Donovan Radmanish of Kirksville, MO, Cyrus Radmanish of Edina, MO, and Ryan Clayborn of Edina, MO; one step daughter, Lathicia Radmanish of Columbia, MO; two brothers, Gene Runnels of Sun City, AZ, and Lester Runnels of Mexico, MO; four sisters, Anne Kelso of Novinger, MO, Marilyn Lawson of Lebanon, MO, Shirley Neely of Kirksville, MO, and Kathy Crandall of Brashear, MO; eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Fredrick Martin; one brother-in-law, Larry Kelso, and his second mother, Virginia Elaine Props.

Victor has been cremated and Military graveside memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO.

Family will receive friends on Friday, February 10, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Travis-Noe Funeral Home in Kirksville.
